Mr. James David Burton

Mr. James David Burton, age 62, of Gautier passed away on March 17, 2019. He was born on April 11, 1956 in California to James and Josephine (Freitag) Burton. James grew up in Phoenix, Arizona and migrated to the MS coast to be close to his family. He enjoyed being a limo driver for the Grand Casino and always had a good story to tell. He was a jovial man that couldn't pass up a chance to go fishing. He will be remembered as a loving brother, father and friend. James is preceded in death by his parents and sons, Kyle Christensen and Justin Burton. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his sons, Steven Burton and Zac Christensen; daughter, Starla Burton; sister, Tammy Van Note; and the love of his life and caregiver, Shawn Christensen along with a host of nieces and nephews.
