Ms. Gladys Fay (Flaugher) Salisbury, 43 of Gulfport, passed away Tuesday evening at her home, surrounded by her family. Born September 22, 1975 in Florida, Gladys is the daughter of Leslie and Lois (Linn) Flaugher. She grew up in Ohio, and was known as "Angel" to those closest to her. She was an energetic and outgoing person from the start. Gladys loved to cook, and was good at it. She had a "silly" sense of humor, loved to laugh, and lit up the room with her personality. Gladys lived in Memphis, TN, but moved to Gulfport about 4 years ago to be closer to her family. She is remembered as someone who loved to dance and forget the worries of life. A loving daughter, mother, and best friend to her sister, she will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded by her father, Leslie Flaugher, and her infant brother. Left to cherish her memories are: her children: Jaimie (Jared) Boone, Coleman Salisbury, Juan Ramires, and Karina Ramires; her siblings: Ronald (Debbie) Flaugher, April Flaugher, and Tracy Wilson; a grandson, Dominyck, with another due in March, Ray Lee; her loving mother, Lois Wilson, along with a host of friends from Ohio to South MS. Gladys will be cremated, with the family considering a memorial at a later date. Trinity Funeral Services is honored to serve the Salisbury family in their time of need, and asks that everyone keep them in their thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
