Emley Nicole Chamblee, born on October 28, 2003, in Jackson, Mississippi, passed away far too soon on March 27, 2026, in Wiggins, Mississippi, at the age of 22. Her passing, sudden and tragic, has left an indelible sadness in the hearts of all who knew her.
Emley was more than just a beloved granddaughter and sister—she was "MeMaw's EM miester," the very heartbeat of her grandmother. Her spirit was beautiful, radiant with an innate sweetness that touched everyone around her. Those who were fortunate enough to know Emley would describe her as the kindest soul, ever ready to give selflessly, often willing to share even the shirt off her back without hesitation. She carried a gentle tenderness, always checking on Memaw and Pawpaw with heartfelt concern and love.
To those who held her close, Emley seemed larger than life—a figure who believed herself to be ten feet tall and bulletproof, embodying a courage and resilience that inspired many. Her sweetest personality shone brightly in every smile, every act of kindness, and every moment she spent caring for others. She was truly a rare soul, a beautiful light extinguished far too early.
Emley is survived by her loving sisters, Ariel Chamblee and Keretha James, whose bond with her was a source of strength and comfort, her brothers, Josh and Dallas Chamblee. She also lives on in the warm memories cherished by her grandparents, William and Bertha Cavin, and her grandmother, Alda Faye. Their love and remembrance keep Emley’s spirit alive, a testament to the profound impact she left on their lives.
With heavy hearts, we also remember those dear to Emley who have gone before her: her father, Daniel Chamblee; her mother, Kristina Carver; her sisters, Emley and Sarabeth Chamblee; and cherished Aunts, Angie Womack and Amy Hester. Though they are no longer physically present, their love surrounds Emley still, weaving together a family bound by enduring affection.
Emley Nicole Chamblee’s life, though brief, was marked by a deep tenderness and an extraordinary generosity of spirit. She was a blessing to those who knew her—full of warmth, love, and a sweetness that will forever linger in the hearts she touched. In the quiet aftermath of grief, the memories of Emley's kindness and light remain a precious treasure, shining through the sorrow with the promise of lasting love.
Trinity Funeral Services is honored to serve the Chamblee/Carver/Cavin family and ask that you keep them all in your thoughts and prayers in the days to come.
