Emily Paige Johnson, 19, of Gulfport, MS., left this world before our hearts were ready, on November 27, 2024, in the comfort of her home. Emily was born on September 22, 2005, in Gulfport, MS to her parents Jeffery and Heather (Garner) Johnson. Emily was diagnosed with Epilepsy Disorder at an early age, but that didn't stop her from all the things she loved the most. Emily loved to hunt and fish with her dad, which included getting to love on her favorite hunting dog, Boots. She was a best friend to her sister Peyton and together they would spend hours gaming with friends, Emily, remaining undefeated. Emily had a huge heart that made her a "fixer" by nature. Anytime someone she loved had a problem, she was there trying to figure out how she could make it all better. She loved her friends and their babies, whom Emily considered her own. Emily adored all animals, including the weird ones that most don't even know exist, LOL, except for Snakes and Bees, those would instantly make her run and scream swatting at the air! Emily enjoyed a good scary movie or TV show she could sit and binge-watch all day. If she wasn't lost in a show, Emily could be found in the depths of a good book with music playing in the background. She was a lover of Tacos and Chicken, specifically Taco Bell, Zaxby's, and Raising Canes, each paired with a side of Dr. Pepper. Emily loved a good adventure, whether it was near or far, she enjoyed getting out and going to feel the world around her. Emily will be missed by those who loved and cherished every day with her. Emily is preceded in death by her PawPaw Bobby and her Aunt Lynn. Left to cherish the joy she brought to their lives, her mother and bonus-dad, Heather and Justin Bourgeois; her father and bonus-mom, Jeffery and Deana Johnson; one sister, Peyton Johnson; one brother, Gavin Beaver; three bonus sisters, Simon, Eryn, Adriana Bourgeois; her "MawMaw Pat", Patricia Johnson; her "PawPaw Luke", Luther Garner, her "PawPaw Dean and Nana", Dean and Angela Brotzman, and her "MawMaw Donna", Donna Sprague; four Aunts, Heather (Dylan McNeil) Johnson, Megan (Eric) Renault, Jeannie Garner, and Amanda (John) Frazier; one Uncle, Heath (Caitlyn Floyd) Johnson; her "Guncles" Dylan and Cody Littlefield-Yow; and her service dog and best friend, Tank. Services for Emily will be held Saturday, December 14, 2024, beginning at 10:00 am - 12:00 pm, at Christian Worship Center in Gulfport. Trinity Funeral Services is honored to serve the Johnson family during this difficult time and would ask that you remember them in your thoughts and prayers over the coming days.
