Mr. Earl Ray O'Quin, Jr., 47 of Wiggins, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Thursday, August 24th. Earl was born October 15th, 1969 in Columbia, MS, the 3rd of 4 children to Earl Ray Sr. and Mary Louise O'Quin. He became a commercial driver by trade, and had recently moved to Wiggins where he and his wife were purchasing a home on Brielle Lane. Earl was a fun-loving guy who always had a smile on his face; a father, friend, brother, and partner in life to his wife, Michelle. He was beloved by his family and friends, and will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Earl was preceded by his parents, Earl Sr. and Mary L. O'Quin; his grandmother, Ms. Lou E. Bond; and a son, Dillon R. O'Quin. He is survived by his loving wife, Michelle; a son, Troy Paine of TN; his sisters, Sandra Ainsworth, Sonja Ainsworth (Michael) of Biloxi, and his twin sister, Renae (Gary) Gage of Gulfport; along with numerous nieces and nephews. Earl is now back in the angel's arms once again. Do not stand at my grave and weep. I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow. I am the diamond glints on snow. I am the sunlight on ripened grain. I am the gentle autumn rain. When you awaken in the morning's hush, I am the swift uplifting rush; Of quiet birds in circled flight. I am the soft stars that shine at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry; I am not there, I did not die. (Frye) His wishes were to be cremated, which his family is following, and a memorial service will be set at a later date. Trinity Funeral Services is honored to assist the O'Quin family in their time of need. Please keep Michelle and the family lifted up in your prayers.
