Dustin Edward Bosarge

Dustin Edward Bosarge, affectionately known as Dusty, passed away on June 5, 2026, in Gulfport, Mississippi. Born on July 9, 1993, in Gulfport, Dustin's life was marked by a remarkable blend of skill, kindness, and unwavering devotion to his family and friends.

To know Dustin was to know a person of rare capability and generosity. From a young age, he absorbed invaluable lessons from his father, Davenies "Rooster" Bosarge, which shaped him into the man he became. Whether repairing a transmission, erecting a house frame, or mending plumbing, Dustin was the dependable hand that so many relied upon. His willingness to assist went beyond obligation—he simply embodied a spirit of helpfulness that touched every life he encountered.

Fishing, music, and companionship were among the joys Dustin held dear. Yet, more than any pastime, he cherished being at home with those he loved. A true homebody, Dustin found contentment in simple pleasures: sharing laughter, watching movies, listening to favorite songs, and simply being together with family and close friends. His big heart and quiet strength left an indelible impression on all fortunate enough to know him.

Dustin was the son of Charolette Bosarge and the late Davenies "Rooster" Bosarge. He was a beloved brother to Brittnie (Dan) Pearson and his best friend and brother Chad Bosarge, and a treasured family member. He was also dearly loved by his aunts, Ruth Ferris and Debbie (Glenn) Cox, uncle Kelly (Reba) Bosarge. He is also survived by a host of cousins, family and friends. Dustin's paternal grandparents, Davenies Edward Bosarge Sr. and Gladys L. Bosarge, his maternal grandparents, Dena Moore and George W. Moore, and his uncle, George Moore, preceded him in death.

Though our hearts are heavy with loss, we find solace in knowing Dustin is reunited with those who went before him. His love, spirit, and the countless memories he gifted remain forever etched in our lives. Dustin Edward Bosarge was, and will always be, deeply loved, profoundly missed, and fondly remembered.

Rest in peace, dear Dustin. Your legacy of kindness and quiet resilience will continue to inspire all who had the privilege to know you. Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever our Dustin.
