Donald Eugene Butler, Jr.

Donald Eugene Butler, Jr., 63, of Natchez, passed away on August 01, 2023, at Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. Donald was born on June 08, 1960, in Natchez, to his parents Donald and Lillian (Fitt) Butler, Sr.  Don proudly served in the US Army expanding on his love for US history and politics.  He loved collecting relics and memorabilia from history, specifically from the Civil War.  Don loved sports and truly loved coaching his children's youth baseball and softball teams, earning him the well-known affectionate name of "Coach".  Don cherished his children and granddaughters, he was devoted in every way possible to helping them and making their lives easier in any way possible.  He will be immensely missed by all who knew and loved him.  Don is preceded in death by his parents.  Left to cherish his memory, are his children, Donald E Butler III, Andrea (Allen) Tomecko, and Lesley Butler; his grandchildren, BreeAnna, Revin, Marlee, Maddie, Jasmin & Jisselle; and his girlfriend of nine years, Molly.
