Donald Allen Blaize Sr.

Donald Allen Blaize Sr., 79, has bid farewell, leaving a legacy of warmth and joy. A devoted family man, his unconditional love for his children and grandchildren was the cornerstone of his life. With an infectious sense of humor, he added laughter to every gathering. Donald found delight in life’s simple pleasures- dancing, bowling and card games were among his favorite pastimes. His deep religious convictions and old-school values created an environment where everyone felt welcomed and loved. His love extended beyond family to the great outdoors, where he found solace and appreciation for the beauty of nature. Animals held a special place in his heart, reflecting his compassion for all living things. Donald is preceded by his loving parents, Bernard A. "Lefty" Blaize and Mildred Blaize. He is survived by his seven children, Shelley (Gene) Cuevas; Julie (Laura) Sloan; Vicki (Misty) Blaize; Don A. (Thad) Blaize Jr.; Andrew (Sarah) Blaize; Stacey Blaize and Ernest James (Amanda) Falgo; 14 grandchildren, Alexandra, Brittany, Elizabeth, Nicholas, David, Grace, Rosie, Mary, Harley, Zoya, Jay, Alderik, Kiefer, and Amara along with eleven great-grandchildren. Sally Miles and many beloved cousins, friends and family. A celebration of Life will be held following the services, hosted by Sally Miles (LaLa) at 108 Woodbine Drive, Gulfport MS, 39507.
