Dianne Rose Esta

Dianne Rose Esta, born on July 30, 1952, in Louisiana, passed away on September 18, 2026, in Mississippi.

Dianne will be remembered as a devoted mom whose life was centered on the people she loved most. She loved the outdoors and especially loved fishing, finding joy in simple moments and time spent with family. To her grandchildren, she was lovingly known as NaNa, a name that speaks to the warmth, comfort, and affection she brought to their lives. She was strong in her faith and attended Biloxi River Baptist Church, where that faith was part of the steady foundation of her life.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Gautier; her father, Dennis Duplantis, Sr.; her mother, Eula Esta; her sons, Lawless Waguespack and Larry Waguespack; her grandchildren, Samantha Dianne Seevers, Timothy James Seevers, Robert James Waguespack, Dianne Seevers, and James Seevers; her brother, Dennis Esta; her sisters, Gail Black and Ella Mae Winter; and Dale Parker.

Dianne leaves behind a family who will continue to carry her love with them. She is survived by her daughter, Eula Waguespack, and her son, William Waguespack and his wife, Connie Waguespack. She also leaves her grandchildren, Chris Perot, Josuha Whitstine, Matthew Whistine, Selena Watts and her husband, Austin, Brittany Waguespack, and Kimberly Sears and her husband, Jesse. Her memory will also live on in her great-grandchildren, Kaden Watts, Alaia Waguespack, Simon Watts, and Sophia Owens.

Dianne’s life was marked by love for her family, strength of spirit, and a deep faith that guided her through every season. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
