Deborah Blanchard Waters

Deborah Blanchard Waters, 69, of Wiggins, MS passed away suddenly on March 3, 2025. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, known for her kind and giving nature, selflessness, and vibrant, energetic personality. Deborah is survived by her devoted husband, Jeffery Waters; her daughter, Misty Dowdy, and son-in-law, Steve Dowdy; her cherished grandchildren, Ian and Kingsley McLandress; her step-son, Cody Waters, and his five children; two brothers and six sisters. She took immense pride in her family and was a source of love and support to each of them. Her large, friendly personality left an indelible mark on the hearts of all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Deborah was the rock for those who needed support, the best mother, friend, and sister one could ever hope for. Her absence leaves a void that cannot be filled. Her boundless heart made every room shine and every life she touched better for it. A celebration of Deborah’s life will be held at a later date to be announced.
