David Anthony Wigley, Sr.

David Wigley Sr., 66, passed away on September 04, 2022 at Gulfport Memorial Hospital. David was born on October 25, 1955 in Hattiesburg, MS to Delmar Laroy and Bobbie Jean Wigley. David was raised in Petal, MS and graduated from Petal High School class of 1973. After high school he went to work for his father and became a master carpenter. David was a hard worker with an entrepreneurial spirit, he opened multiple small businesses, built, and sold houses, and opened an arcade. David had a very traditional southern upbringing, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, farming, playing sports and spending time with his family. He was very generous, honest, and had a heart of gold. David was a great, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and friend to many. He will be missed dearly. He is preceded in death by his parents, Delmar and Bobbie Wigley, and one stepbrother, Scott Agent. David is survived by his children, David (Sasha) Wigley Jr. of Saucier, MS, and Heath (Shelia) Wigley of Saucier, MS; Step-children, Donald Cuevas, Theresa Cuevas, Regina Weaver; step-mother, Sherria Wigley; brothers, Mark (Cindy) Wigley, Donald (Chrystal) Wigley, and Alan Agent; sisters, Charlette (Charles) Boss and Beth(Jeff) Ware; grandchildren, Bryson Wigley, Ryan Wigley, Dylan Wigley, Triston Wigley, Blake Wigley, Brandon Wigley, Natalie Wigley, Whitney Wigley, Courtney Wigley, Gentry Hollifield, Lacey Cowart, and Kennedy Cuevas; great-grandchildren, Kylee, Brock, Layhee, Westin, Ryker, Skylar, And Lane. David is also survived by Patricia Wigley and numerous nieces and nephews.
