David Milton Dees

David Milton Dees 62, of Lucedale, MS passed away July 11, 2022, peacefully at his home. He was born November 9, 1959, to his parents Vernal Albert and Louise Grace (Litton) Dees in Mobile, AL.  David was a resident of Jackson County from 1980 until 2006 when he moved to George County where he spent the last sixteen years.  He is proceeded in death by both his mother and father.  Left to cherish his memory are his only daughter, Jennifer Leigh Moilanen and one grandson, Levi Hunter Dees both of Wade, MS; his best friend and soulmate Valerie J. Rasmussen; one brother Gerald L. Dees of Barton, MS; two sisters, Cynthia Virginia Key of Tallahassee, FL and Linda Fairchild; two very special cousins who were close to his heart, Eva Langley of Mobile, AL and Jenny Chinners of Summerville, SC; and a very close four-legged companion, Skittles.  David leaves a legacy of numerous nieces and nephews, who continued to support him through these difficult times.  The family would like to thank the many friends who have prayed and supported David during these final months.  Mr. Dees will be laid to rest at Pinecrest Cemetery in Mobile, AL at a future date in a private setting.  Trinity Funeral Services is honored to serve the Dees family during this time and would ask that you remember the family in your thoughts and prayers in the days to come.
