Cynthia Dee Breazeale, affectionately known as Dee, passed away on April 17, 2026, in Mississippi, leaving behind a legacy etched in the hearts of all who were privileged to know her. Born on August 12, 1953, in the rich soil of Louisiana, Dee's life was a vivid tapestry woven with devotion, love for nature, and an ever-present gentle spirit.
Dee’s soul found its purest joy amidst the natural world she so deeply cherished. An ardent animal lover, she shared her life generously with many cherished companions, but none captured her heart quite like her beloved horses and her faithful dog, Mr. Bubbles. The serene moments she spent at the creek, camera in hand, reflect the quiet reverence she held for the beauty of simple things—a testament to a spirit intimately attuned to the whispers of the earth and the silent stories told by water and wind.
Her journey through life was marked by profound connections with family, whose love surrounded her like an unbreakable circle. As the daughter of the late Helen McCraney Revere and Marshall Revere, Dee carried the legacy and strength imparted by her parents with grace. She was once united in marriage to Hershel Breazeale, who now rests beside her in eternal peace.
Dee’s heart beat strongest in the company of her sons, Trampus Breazeale, alongside his wife Susan, and Clint Breazeale; her daughter, Charity Dixon; and the countless blessings of generations that followed—her grandsons Hershal Breazeale, Lee McPhail with Wynter, Austin Breazeale, Caleb Breazeale, Cullin Head with Jasmine, Zachary Anderson, and Cade Anderson with April; her granddaughters Jade Curtis with Steven, Brittanie Lawrence with Joe, Amillia Graham with Dakota, and Zane Anderson with Adam. Her great-grandchildren—J.T. and Hastings Curtis, Emma, Peydin, and Sophia Lawrence, Dalton, Samuel, Elliot, and Lucy Anderson, A.J., Aydon, Bentley, Wyatt, Morgan, and Ross Graham, and Oliver and Scarlett Anderson—were the living echoes of her enduring spirit, each carrying a piece of her love forward into the future.
Dee was also nurtured by the steady presence of her siblings: Earl Revere with Adele, Ellen Green with Ed, Penny Gamble, Jean Rodgers, Sally Wirtz with Jud, and Mike Revere with Sybil. Her life was noted by the smiles and warmth of numerous nieces and nephews, their lives undoubtedly touched by her gentle wisdom and steadfast kindness.
Though she has passed beyond the veil, Dee’s essence lingers in every cherished memory, every wild horse’s gallop across a sunlit field, in the gentle ripple of creek waters, and in the quiet companionship of a treasured dog named Mr. Bubbles. Her spirit remains unbound, a radiant thread woven through the tapestry of her family’s lives and the boundless horizons where she found her greatest joys.
Cynthia Dee Breazeale’s journey may have ended, but her story—the story of a woman whose love was as vast as the Louisiana sky—continues to inspire all who knew her. She leaves a world softly imprinted by her kindness, an enduring reminder of the beauty found in loving deeply and living fully.
