Chester Charles Donald, 66, of Gulfport, Mississippi, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 19, 2026, surrounded by love. Born January 11, 1960, Chester was a lifelong resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Chester loved the Lord deeply and dedicated his life to serving Him and sharing the Word of God with everyone he encountered. He was a lifelong member of New Hope Baptist Church, where he faithfully served as a deacon. He was a hard-working and generous man who never hesitated to help those in need. His greatest accomplishment was raising his daughter, Tina. His greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren, Gracie and Luke.

For the last five years of his life, Chester found peace living on his boat, surrounded by the beauty of the Gulf Coast. He loved watching the birds dive into the water and the fish jump, finding joy and relaxation in the simple moments of life.

Chester will be remembered for his strong faith, kind heart, generosity, and unwavering love for his family. His presence, wisdom, and love will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his daughter, Tina Morton (Tyler Heflin); grandchildren, Gracie Morton and Luke Heflin; sisters, Charlene (Dale) Norton and Carlene McClellan; and numerous family members and friends who will cherish his memory.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Neilie Bell Bradley; father, Charles Morris Donald; and brother, Morris Lee Donald.
