Carolyn Sue (Page) Geiger, age 75, got her wings and went to walk with the angels on February 27, 2020. Carolyn was born March 5, 1944 in Gulfport, MS to Isiah and Mable (Bates) Page. She is preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Tommy and Jimmy Page. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her beloved husband of 58 years and best friend, Wayne Geiger; daughters, Machelle (Michael) Moran and Cheri (John) Alsobrook; grandchildren, Henry, William, Carolyn and Paige; sister, Elizabeth (Donald) Pierson; brother, Larry (Peggy) Page; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Carolyn was an exceptional wife, mother and Nanna. While she enjoyed gardening and reading, her family was her passion and delight. Carolyn was a remarkable cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family and friends. She always ensured that every person that came across her threshold knew they were loved by her. She was more than happy to be the central figure in the lives of her husband and daughters. Anyone who knew them knew that she was a star in their eyes and that’s all that ever mattered to her. Carolyn will be forever remembered for her kind spirit and energy that filled a room. The family wishes to express a special thank you to Alice from Wiggins Dialysis and the pastor and congregation of 1st Baptist Church of Lumberton that went above and beyond to extend support during this difficult time. A visitation will be held on Monday, March 2 from 1pm to 3 pm at 1st Baptist Church of Lumberton with funeral service at 3 pm. Interment will follow at Lumberton City Cemetery. Trinity Funeral Services is honored to be entrusted with the care of Ms. Carolyn and ask that you keep her family in your prayers over the coming days.
