Carolyn Viola (Jones) Ayers

Carolyn Viola Ayers, age 84, went to be with the Lord on December 30, 2019. She was born June 26, 1935 and was a resident of Stone County, MS. Carolyn was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. In her early years, she loved to garden with her husband, James Erwin Ayers. They were married for 53 years. She was a strong, bold, caring woman with a love for plants, animals and skill for sewing. She is preceded in death by her husband, James Erwin Ayers and sons Richard and William (Billy) Ayers. She leaves behind to cherish her beloved memory, her daughters, Carolyn Ann Hobbs, Pamela (Charles) Phillips and Kim (Charles) Osbon along with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. A burial service will be held at the Wiggins City Cemetery on Monday, January 6, at 11 am. Trinity Funeral Services is assisting the Ayers family during this difficult time and ask that you keep them lifted up in prayer.
