Calvin Allen Trudeau, II, 59 of Ellisville, passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel. He was born on January 05, 1964 in Atlanta, TX, the sixth of seven children to parents Calvin Allen, Sr. and Betty Jo (Hampton) Trudeau. Calvin grew up here and there, as his father worked as an over-the-road truck driver, changing to whoever paid the best at the time. He was an adventurous young man that liked the outdoors, animals, and tinkering on things. Over the years, he got a lot better at working on small engines and even some cars and trucks along the way. The family moved to Laurel in his early teen years and Calvin went to school there. When his educational pursuits were done, he went to work wherever he could find something to do. Calvin worked several years for the City of Ellisville, but spent most of his career doing yard work around the area. If you knew him, then you know he was the type who enjoyed talking...with pretty much everybody. He got along with everyone and made a whole lot of friends through the years. Not one to wander far from home, Calvin enjoyed just piddling around doing whatever needed to be done. He is remembered as a good brother that loved his family, and will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. He was preceded by his parents Calvin, Sr. and Betty Trudeau, and his brother Gary Trudeau. Left to cherish his memories are: his siblings, sisters Judi (Edward) Pruitt of Ellisville, Dessie Winder of Snowflake, AZ, and Betty (Jerry) Taylor of Laurel, with brothers Michael and Timothy Trudeau, both of Ellisville. A graveside service is set for Friday morning, February 17th at 10:00 AM in the Pruitt Memorial Cemetery, with Bro. Edward Pruitt, Jr. officiating. All who knew Calvin are welcome to attend. In lieu of any floral arrangements, please consider making a donation to the family to offset funeral expenses by clicking the "Donations" tab above. No gift is too small, and all will be greatly appreciated. Trinity Funeral Services is honored to serve the Trudeau family in their time of need and asks that you remember them in your thoughts and prayers through the days ahead.
