Bobbye (Woodall) Barnes

Bobbye Woodall Barnes, 89, passed away March 6th. She was born on February 20, 1932. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her daughter, Beverly (Keith) Vick; her brother, Raymond (Shirley) Woodall; along with numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Alma Woodall; her husband, Cleston Barnes; and brothers Paul and James Woodall. Bobbye was the oldest and the only girl of her family. In her younger days she enjoyed flower gardening. She loved cooking and her famous Italian crème cake was as angelic as her heart. Bobbye enjoyed going to church and attended Perkinston Baptist. She was known as being the rock of her family and always having unconditional love for them. The sweetness Mrs. Bobbye had is something that will always be remembered because of how truly kindhearted she was. A Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 10th at Trinity Funeral Services in McHenry beginning at 11 am. Funeral services at 1 pm with interment to follow at Perkinston Baptist Church Cemetery.
