Billy Paul Smith

Billy Paul Smith, 79 of Wiggins, passed away Tuesday afternoon, July 08, 2025 at his home. He was born April 26, 1946 in Oklahoma City, OK and grew up in Modesto, CA with his grandparents. After his educational pursuits were done, Billy became a paint and body man in the automotive repair business for many years. He is remembered as a jovial guy that enjoyed a good laugh. He could always come up with a wise crack for most any occasion. Billy was the type to help in any way he could for those in his circle, and those who weren’t in it as well. He thoroughly enjoyed his animals and all the old Western movies he could find. Billy’s caring heart will be forever loved and missed by all whose life he touched. He was preceded by his parents, and his only sister. Left to cherish his memories are his partner in life, Brenda Brown, and his only daughter, Tammy Stein. His final wishes were to be cremated, which his loved ones are honoring.
