Billie Scara passed away peacefully on September 26, 2026, at the age of 75. Born on December 10, 1950, Billie will be remembered with love by her family and by all who shared in her life.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernie Scara, with whom she shared 26 years of marriage, and her parents; Floyd and Levenia McGaugh.

Billie’s memory will be cherished by her son, Andy Scara and his wife, Colleen; her daughter, Scarlett “Tuttie” Clark and her husband, Charlie; and her grandchildren, Rebecca Delancey, Emiley Delancey Handfield and her husband, Jack, Jared Delancey and his wife, Carly, Carmen Scara, Aaron Scara, and Emory Sweet and Justice Sweet and Gage Anderson. She also leaves behind her great-grandchildren, Clark and Emerson Jackson, Atlas and Brady Handfield, and Dani Emile Delancey. She is also survived by her sisters, Nora Gildea and Peggy Holland, and her brother, Sam McGaugh.

Those who knew Billie will hold close the love of family that surrounded her throughout her life and that continues in the generations she leaves behind. Her presence will be deeply missed, and her memory will remain a lasting blessing to those who loved her.
