Ms. Betty Schell

September 10, 1949 — February 2, 2019

Ms. Betty Schell, 69 of St. Martin, passed away early Saturday morning, February 2nd, at her home surrounded by her family. Betty was born September 10, 1949 in Florida, the middle of 4 children to David Leon and Ethel Lenorah (Davis) Stiller. She grew up in the Baker, FL area, and was an active, outgoing young lady. Betty married at the young age of 15, and was a military wife for 26 years. She was always active, and a lady of many talents. Betty enjoyed bowling, gardening, and crocheting as hobbies, but she could also lay tile, roof, paint, or literally whatever needed to be done around her home. Her family was her life, and she always took care of them. A dedicated, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and true friend, she will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. Betty was preceded by her husband, Robert C. Schell; her parents, one brother, David L. Stiller, Jr., and a brother-in-law, W.B. Denom. Left to cherish her memories are: her daughters, Angela Schell of Ocean Springs, and Christina (Tracy) Andrews of Vancleave; one sister, Lillian Denmon, and one brother, Roger (Kathy) Stiller; two grandchildren, Makayla & Jessica Andrews, and her best friend, Jennifer Lee, along with several nieces, nephews, and countless friends and neighbors. Betty's final wishes were to be cremated without fanfare, which her daughters are honoring. Trinity Funeral Services is honored to assist the family in their time of need, and asks everyone to keep the family lifted up in your prayers through this difficult time.
