Betty L. Martin

Betty L. Martin, 73, left this earth on March 1, 2025. She loved her family, her church, but most of all she loved God. She is preceded in death by her husband Ted Martin, her parents Jerry Morris and Zilphia Johnson, and uncle Jewel Johnson. Left here to cherish her memory are her children Darrel Martin, Melissa Kennedy(Timmy), and Terrell Martin. Nine grandkids Melinda Shear(Jason), Katelynn Petersen(Blain), Duston Martin(Emilee), Charlies Martin, Dillon Martin(Ashley), Lauren Brown(Caleb), Kodi Martin, Doule Martin, Diamond Martin, and Robbie Dale Smith(Dakota), 15 great-grandkids, and numerous family members and friends. Memorial services will be held Friday, March 7, 2025 from 3pm to 5pm at Coaltown Church in Purvis. Service will begin at 4:45 with Jimmy Breazeale and Keith Graves. Trinity Funeral Services is honored to serve the Martin family in their time of need and asks that you remember them in your thoughts and prayers through the days ahead. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Womens Missionary Union at Coaltown Baptist Church.
