Basil Eugene Brenot

Basil Eugene Brenot, 73 of Gulfport, passed away September 19, 2020. He was born October 21, 1946 to Basil and Leonna Brenot. “Butch” as those close to him lovingly called him, is preceded in death by his parents. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife of 53 years, Janice Brenot; children, Barry Brenot and Brandy (Chris) Waltman; grandchildren, Alex, Madeline, Mackenzie and Amber along with his beloved dog, Ruger. Butch traveled all over the world while his dad was in service. He joined the Marine’s and proudly served the country he loved so much. Butch enjoyed freshwater fishing, New Orleans Saints and spending time with his family and friends. He was a great man with a good sense of humor. He will be fondly remembered and sadly missed.
