Ms. Barbara Ellen Saulters, 82 of Biloxi, went home to heaven Saturday at Merit Health Biloxi. She was born October 11, 1936 in Ohio, a daughter and one of seven children to Donald & Dorothy (Darr) Parks. Barbara was a wonderful, strong woman and mother, with deep devotion to the Lordship of Christ. After high school, she continued her education, obtaining her Masters Degree in business. She made a career as a government contractor, and lived in Biloxi for the past several years. Barbara was a lady that did God's work unapologetically, not afraid to live a spiritual life. She will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded by her first husband and father of her children, Paul Sparkman, Sr., their son, Paul Jr., and her last husband, Jessie Saulters, who served in the US Army. Left to cherish her memories are: her daughter, Reeda (Ray) Bigot of Summerville, SC; her grandchildren, Danielle Bigot and Derek (Christine) Bigot; her siblings: Melvin, Geneva, Kage, Harriet, Vicky, and Jan, along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Barbara's final wishes were to be cremated, which her family is honoring, and she will be laid to rest with her late husband, SGT. Jesse Saulters at Biloxi National Cemetery on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at 11:00 AM. Trinity Funeral Services is honored to serve the Saulters family in their time of need, and asks that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers over this trying time.
