Andrea Alice Kaufman

Andrea Alice Kaufman, 58, passed away peacefully on May 29, 2024, at her home surrounded by family in Saucier, MS. Born on February 25, 1966, in Karlsruhe, Germany, Andrea lived a full and vibrant life that touched everyone she met. While in Germany, she pursued her passion for language, obtaining a master's degree. Andrea moved to America at the age of 30, where she later became an American citizen. A spirited soul with a zest for life, Andrea was often found tangoing the night away or harmonizing with the church choir, where her melodious voice will be dearly missed. Her love for nature was evident in her lush gardens, and her artistic spirit shone through her drawings. Andrea's compassionate heart extended to all creatures, reflected in the animals she nurtured throughout her life. She is preceded in death by her father, Walfried Rensch, and leaves behind a legacy of love and joy. Her memory is cherished by her devoted mother, Roswitha Treiber; her loving husband, Howard Kaufman; sister, Claudia Rensch; daughters, Emily Callender and Shayna Kaufman; and her numerous four-legged friends. Andrea's radiant presence will be forever missed but her spirit will continue to inspire all who knew her.
