Andrea Lee (Holland) Spooner

Andrea Lee Holland Spooner, age 62 passed away December 15, 2019 at her home in McHenry. She was born January 16, 1957 to Julian and Charlene Holland. She spent her childhood years in Lucedale, MS where she would meet her husband to be. Andrea and Larry married on May 16, 1975. They decided to make their home in Stone County in 1984. Andrea spent her life as a homemaker and loving mother and grandmother. She loved to spend many hours crocheting for her family. Andrea will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all. She is preceded in death by her parents, Julian and Charlene Holland; and brother, Dennis R. Holland. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband of 44 years, Larry Spooner; children, Heather (Brian) Davis, Larry Spooner Jr. and Dennis Spooner; sister, Vickie (Leigh) Buchanan, grandchildren, Felicia Spooner, Brandon Davis, Samantha (Drake) Liverett, Anna Spooner, Haley Davis, Allyssa Spooner, Kelly Davis, Michael Spooner, Conner Spooner, Paxton Spooner and Lauren Spooner, great-grandchildren, Alani Cicero and Noah Allen. Following Andrea's final wishes, a  private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made towards final funeral expenses.
