Amanda Lee Bounds

Amanda Lee Bounds, 45, of Bay St Louis, MS., passed away on October 14, 2025, at Memorial Hospital in Gulfport. Amanda was born on October 17, 1979, to her parents, Otis and Peggy (Kelley) Bounds, Jr. Amanda had an artsy soul. She was always crafting, painting, or refurbishing something that caught her eye, and she took great pleasure in giving it new life.  She loved music and dancing to the beat of her own drum.  Amanda enjoyed a good fishing hole, but given the choice, she would fish in her favorite spot in Delacroix, Louisiana, any day!  Amanda's memory will be cherished by those who loved her, and her family finds peace knowing she is no longer suffering and her soul is truly at rest.  Amanda is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Claude Kelley and Bobbie Hallford; her paternal grandparents, Otis Bounds, Sr., and Dorothy Green; one sister, Lindy Bounds; her Godmother, Linda Koennen; and her beloved friend, Ben Ladner. Left to cherish Amanda's memory, her two daughters, Veyda and Annzleigh Bounds; her parents Otis and Peggy Bounds, Jr.; her brother, Otis Bounds III; one sister Julie (Derrick) Daniels; her nieces and nephews, Shelby (Christopher) Marchetta, Sharon (Jared) Cannaliato; her Godchildren, Tyler (Lily) Daniels, Lorna Daniels, and R.J. Coleman; her great nieces and nephews, Evan and Benjamin Moore, Maverick, Everleigh, and Levi Ladner, Ivy and Autumn Daniels, and Ryder and Blessyn Doss; her special cousins who were more like sisters, Melissa Williams, Ashley Kilpatrick and Lauren Moore; as well as many many more beloved extended family and friends.  Trinity Funeral Services is honored to serve the Bounds family and would ask that you remember them in your thoughts and prayers over the coming days.
