Mrs. Alisha Brooke Davenport

Alisha Brooke Davenport, 22 of Poplarville, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 31, 2016, at Garden Park Hospital. Alisha was born October 12, 1994, to Douglas and Kamika Dedeaux of Poplarville. She was the youngest of 3, and quickly asserted herself, demonstrating that she had the strongest personality. She graduated from Poplarville High School in 2013, and attended Chris' Beauty College in Gulfport. She married Tyler Lee Davenport on Dec. 31, 2014, and they lived out on Hwy. 53 in Poplarville. Alsiha was a very bright, outgoing young lady, who really enjoyed hunting and fishing. She will be remembered as a very loving wife and daughter, and a wonderful mother, and will be so sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by her loving husband, Tyler Davenport, their 1 yr old son, Kaizyn Lee Davenport; by her parents, Douglas and Kamika Dedeaux of Poplarville; by her siblings, Lauren Seal (Nicholas) also of Poplarville, and Colby Dedeaux (Kayla) of Picayune; her father-in-law, Bobby Davenport (Tangela) of the Dedeaux community; her mother in-law, Anna Goodman (Billy) of Long Beach, and grand-mother in-law, Donna Reed of Saucier; nieces Kenadi and Kolyn Dedeaux, and nephews Cohen, Kross, and Canon Seal, and Brantley McCoy; her grandparents, Danny Sue Ladner of Poplarville, and Hayward "Redboy" Dedeaux of Wiggins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Betty Nell Dedeaux, Larry Ladner, and Kenneth and Edith Reed. A visitation is set for Saturday morning, Nov. 5, 2016, beginning at 10:00 AM, followed by a funeral service at 12 noon, all at Steep Hollow Baptist Church. Interment will follow at the Smith Family Cemetery on Barth Road. Trinity Funeral Services is so honored to assist the family in this most difficult time.
