Kathleen Broadus Pearson age 69, wife to the late Freddie Michael Pearson of Wiggins, Ms. Kathy went to her heavenly home on Monday, November 11, 2019. Kathy was born in New Orleans, LA on March 1, 1950, the middle of four children to Erba Lee "Rooster" and Mable Broadus of Saucier, MS. She grew up in Saucier and attended Harrison Central High School. Kathleen completed her beautician license and did hair in her home while raising her children. Kathy and Freddie were high school sweethearts and were married 45 years. She loved spending time with her family and friends, gardening in her yard, dancing with her grandbabies and serving her God. She attended New Covenant Assembly Of God and loved her church family greatly. A beautiful wife, mother, grandmother, sister and a MIGHTY prayer warrior she was. The heavens are rejoicing with her, and she will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded by her loving husband, Freddie Michael Pearson, and her brother, Billy Aldrich. Left to cherish her memories are: her children, Todd Pearson (Kristi Miller) of Wiggins, Tabitha (Tabor) Pittman of Wiggins, Jamie (Erick) Dunn of Saucier, and Casey Pearson (Mark Williams) of Gulfport; her grandbabies, Landon Meadows, Jada Pittman, Kayla Pittman, T-Joe (Katie) Pittman, Jake Bilbo, Katie Bilbo, Joseph Dunn, Daniel Dunn and Ava Williams; great-grandbabies, Dacie and Lane Pittman; her sisters, Audrey (John) McKeehan of Diana, TX and Linda (Doyle) Bond of Vancleave; her great aunt Betty (Doug) Tootle, also of Vancleave; nieces and nephews, Kim (Michael) Higginbotham, John (Shelly) McKeehan II, Peter McKeehan, Ronald (Christine) Bosarge, Tawanna Patton, Kent Tootle, and Keith (Sharon) Tootle, with so many great nieces and nephews, her church family and many friends she considered family as well. Kathy will be dearly missed, but this is not goodbye, just Happy Trails... Services will be held Friday, November 15, 2019 at New Covenant Assembly of God on Hwy. 29 in Wiggins. The family will receive friends for visitation is from 5 to 7pm, with a memorial service set for 7pm. Trinity Funeral Services is honored to serve the Pearson family in their time of need, and asks everyone to keep them lifted up in your prayers over the coming days.
