Darlene Ida Estes Roberts, age 71, passed in peace on Saturday, January 18, 2020 in kiln, MS. She was the youngest of 2 born to Woodrow and Nora Mae (McFarland) Estes on September 24, 1948 in Deer Lodge, Montana. Darlene grew up in Olympia, Washington. She worked at Wonder Bread Hostess as a retail clerk for over 23 years. Darlene’s only hobbies were to be a Nana to her grandkids, an animal lover and watching the ID channel. She could have been your partner in crime if you ever needed one! She was a simple woman with a heart of gold. Darlene will be missed beyond measure and loved beyond words. She is preceded in death by her parents, Woodrow and Nora Mae Estes. She leaves behind her daughter, Dawn (Michael) Bostrom and son, Brian (Christin) Roberts; grandchildren, Dylan, Jake and Kolton; great-grand, Daxton; brother, Robert (Dorothy) Estes, along with nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. The family wishes to thank all of those who cared for her during her last days and the love shown to her at Darlene’s Personal Care Home.
