Donald “Donnie” Michael Burch, age 51, passed away on March 18, 2024 in Gulfport, MS. He was born on April 7, 1972 in Bay St. Louis, MS to Tony Burch and Sheila Thomas Burch.

Donnie Burch, a beacon of joy and warmth in the lives of all who knew him. His infectious laughter and quick wit brightened every room, and his jokes leaving a lasting echo of happiness. He was no stranger to anyone, he effortlessly forged connections wherever he went, leaving behind a trail of cherished memories.

 Donnie's love for his family knew no bounds; he was the epitome of a devoted husband, always placing Davina above all else. He was also a proud husband and father, his unwavering support and boundless affection for his family were a testament to his character. Weekends were a cherished time for Donnie and Davina, as they shared breakfast by the port, watching boats come and go, each departure carrying a promise of adventure and each arrival a tale of journeys taken. It was in these moments that he found true contentment, surrounded by the ones he loved in a place he adored. An avid outdoorsman, Donald found solace and joy in the embrace of nature, especially while fishing and crabbing. His love for the water was surpassed only by his love for his family and friends.

Donnie's talents were as vast as his heart. From tinkering with RC cars to mastering survival skills in the great outdoors, he approached life with curiosity and determination. Donnie’s ability to see the beauty in the old and neglected, restoring them into treasures, reflected his optimistic outlook on life. His legacy of love, kindness, and resilience will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to have known him. Donnie was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and friend to many that will be missed dearly.

Welcoming Donnie into Heaven is his loving father, Tony Stewart Burch. Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife of 8 years, Davina Burch; children, Devin Burch, Kerra Burch, Kynleigh Burch, and Justin (Kimberly) Ables; best little buddy, Korbin Huguet; grandchildren, Aubri Ables, Hadli Ables, and Lynli Ables; mother, Sheila Burch; brother, Ronnie Burch; sister, Karen (Mike) Daw; and cousin and best friend, Shane Burch. Also left to cherish his memories are numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and his beloved pups Dexter and Ella.
